SMOKO CLUB Shipping Policy

All our gear is custom printed to order — we don't hold stock that collects dust. That means we make it after you order it.

Processing Time
2-4 business days to print and pack. If it's a busy drop, give us up to 5 days. You'll get a tracking email once it's on its way.

Shipping Rates — Australia
Standard: $10 flat rate — 3-7 business days after processing
Free Shipping: Over $100 AUD
Express: $15 — 1-3 business days after processing (where available) — if you need it, email us first: crew@smokoclub.com.au

We use Australia Post + couriers. Tracking included on all orders.

Where We Ship
Australia-wide. We currently don't ship international — if you're in NZ and desperate, email us.

Tracking & Delays
Once shipped, you'll get tracking to your email. Delays can happen — flooding up north, Aus Post backlog, courier in smoko — not on us once it's with the carrier. Delivery times are estimates.

Wrong Address / Unclaimed
Make sure your address is right at checkout. If it's returned to us because of wrong address or unclaimed, you cover re-shipping costs.

Damaged In Transit
If it rocks up damaged, photo it within 48hrs — packaging + tee — and email crew@smokoclub.com.au. We reply within 24hrs and we'll replace it free, we cover postage.

Where Your Order Ships From
All orders are designed in New Farm, QLD and fulfilled in Australia.

Depending on stock and drop, your order may ship from our Brisbane HQ or from one of our partner fulfillment warehouses across Australia — this is how we keep shipping fast and $10 flat.

All returns, exchanges and enquiries — email us first. Do not send anything to our office address without prior approval. Email crew@smokoclub.com.au with your order number and we'll give you the correct return address and instructions.
